Developer & Support Engineer

Full-Time Employee Remote (CET/CEST hours) 40 h/week, Mon–Fri 09:00–17:00 CET

A developer-first role where you ship features, build tooling, and own customer support in native German. You write code most of the day and handle customer interactions when technical context is needed.

What you'll do

  • Design, build, and ship features across the product stack
  • Write clean, tested, production-ready code
  • Own bug fixes, performance improvements, and tech debt reduction
  • Build internal tooling and CI/CD automation
  • Deliver native German support communication across all priority levels
  • Handle customer escalations with empathy and technical precision
  • Write technical documentation, release notes, and internal specs
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architecture discussions

Must-have

  • Native German (written and spoken)
  • English B2 or higher (written and spoken)
  • Strong programming skills — can independently design, implement, and ship production features
  • Fast learner — picks up new languages, frameworks, and tools quickly
  • Comfortable with AI-assisted development (Copilot, Cursor, LLMs)
  • Strong ownership mindset and process discipline
  • Ability to work independently in a startup environment
  • Experience in structured B2B support processes and SLAs
