Studio Dashboard
Runtime metrics and active AI tasks at a glance.
Studio Dashboard
The Dashboard is the home screen after signing in. It shows local Runtime impact for the current month (UTC), a live Runtime health snapshot, and the AI tasks that are currently active.

Impact this month
These figures come from the local OTAI Runtime — not from the ticket system
itself. The section title includes the UTC calendar month (for example
Jul 2026 (UTC)).
| Metric | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Money saved this month | Estimated savings (formula and assumptions on the i info icon) |
| Classified this month | Successful classifications; subline shows simple vs complex by label count |
| Summaries generated this month | Successful ticket summary writebacks |
| Queue classification quality | Donut of confident queue writebacks vs low-confidence fallbacks |
| Activity mix | Bar of classifications vs summaries |
If there is no Runtime activity yet, a short empty-state message explains what
to do next. If Runtime is unreachable, a warning appears and values stay empty
(— / …).
Runtime health
Runtime health is a separate live snapshot of the Runtime host (not mixed into the impact KPIs):
- Compute device (GPU name or CPU-only)
- VRAM used / total when NVIDIA reports it (or system RAM on CPU hosts)
The snapshot refreshes while the Dashboard page stays open.
Active AI tasks
Active AI tasks lists only tasks with status Active — the configs Runtime is currently running.
- Click a row to open the task.
- Create or activate tasks on the AI Tasks page.
