Choose which cards the Studio Dashboard shows.
Dashboard layout
The cards on the Dashboard come from a file on the server, not from a toggle in Studio.
File: config/dashboard-statistics-config.yml
The install points Studio API at it with OTAI_DASHBOARD_PATH.
The shipped tree is serviceDeskStatistics. It shows:
- Runs
- Runs by task
- Chats
- Human review
- Latest 5 runs
- Latest 5 chats
To drop a card, remove its use: line from that tree (the definitions live in
the imported dashboard-catalog.yml). To put a card back, add the use: line
again. Restart the Studio API container after you save.
Do not invent new metric names. Only the cards listed in the catalog render.
